Sonoma County, California has been one of the most stunningly beautiful places we've had the privilege to build in. We built this 10-acre private motocross track just 12 miles off the Pacific Coast. Steep hillsides, vineyards, thick forest and enormous redwoods surrounded our working site. It was an aesthetically pleasing environment to create a racetrack in.
We utilized the massive elevation when cutting in our track layout and features to create a track flow that winded up and down the steep slopes. We cut in a utility/water truck lane around the perimeter of the track for accessibility. We also installed 100' of culvert in specific areas of the track to prevent the restriction of storm water runoff.
